Look...isn't obvious that Bombardier was going to get the contract, since some of BART are former Bombardier employees. It's a no brainer!
"bubu" is even more cynical than I. That BART employes someone who once worked for Bombardier is neither surprising nor evidence that "the fix" is in. I would imagine BART has a number of employees who previously have worked for suppliers that do business with BART. Where else are people with certain expertise going to ply their trade and "sell" their skills?
